How to quit drinking?

I am a recovering alcoholic and have been the insane drunk like your mother. Unfortunately, you cannot make her stop if she doesn't want to. If she is willing to, then detox, rehab, AA and a sponsor is where she needs to go. You need to take care of yourself, and I would suggest Alateen. Contact alateen and tell them your situation and I think it is a safe bet there would be people more than happy to give you a ride to meetings. I pray your mother gets off the alcohol. I agree, it is satans poison. Irregardless of what she does, you need to take care of yourself!! Alateen would be a great place to start.
