Can anybody help me find Johanna Miller?

This is going to sound dumb. But I met Johanna Miller on MySpace about five years ago. We talked for a solid two years and then started to lose contact. The last I remember, she lived in Ohio or West Virginia and has recently had a child in the past two to three years. I do not know if she married or changed names, but I can't find her on Facebook or Myspace. I need to find her. Please help.
