Do you ever feel like your married to a stubborn teenager?

My husband and I fight every day about househild chores he has two 1) take out garbage once a week and 2) wash dishes. he is currently between jobs and I am pregnant with our first child. yet with such an open schedule the dishes pile up and the garbage does not make it to the curb. i feel like a mother trying to parent a stubborn teen (i'll do it later mom) i remind him, I ask him when he plans to do it, and then i get frustrated and yell. i just don't know what to do. hes driving me insane. worst of all when i get to the point where i just can't take it anymore and i go do it it causes a fight because he doesn't want me to. i can't lie in filth anymore and apparently i can't clean it up. i just wanna scream
