How did the cocoroach come into my room?

my door is shut , my windows are completely shut and theres still a fat cocoroach in the middle of my room . i have no idea how it came there maybe it teleported from outside ? or it spontaneously generated from the filth under my bed? i have no idea anyways where do you think it came from and how the hell do i get rid of it?
