I am living in a filthy pit. Everything is neat but covered in dust. I'm disabled and my mom is sick. Help!?

My mom works but she has major health problems too so when she comes home she's too tired to clean. We pick up after ourselves always though so at first glance house...totally clean. But second glance shows the truth. Dirty carpet, dirty tiles, dust, cobwebs. Everywhere. Lately I've been in the hospital for quite a bit and I started having seizures if I'm in too much pain. So obviously with missing multiple bones in my back cleaning our well most of life really is too much pain. And, with aol medical bills and regular bills on one tiny minimum wage salary well it barely keeps food in the fridge covered in dust let alone a maid. Ha! I really wish. So my question....is there any kind of service to help disabled or poor people with stuff like that? Does anyone know any maid services that do a good job for not much? My mom's birthday is coming up and I save for it all year. If I ever have change or extra money I save. Obviously the amount I have is enough to make me want to shoot myself considering how loooooooong I've saved. However it might be enough to get my house cleaned once perhaps more? How much does it cost average? Someone help me out of this embarrassing filth hole please?
