Red ken product help!?

hiya!! I went to jcpenny bout a week back and the lady scrunched my hair. I bought products for it (redken fresh curls curl refiner leave-in anti-frizz and curl boost anti-frizz scrunching spray). I have no clue how to use these products and i looked on the how to use part on the back of the product but i need to know if im supposed to put the fresh curls curl refiner when my hair is wet...... thanks and please give me step by step directions on how to use them and any helpful tips on scrunching your hair :) thanks again!
