Why does rap suck now?

I mean all these rappers all sound the same and their lyrics are all the same BS. People like Solja boy, mac miller, whiz khalifa and other POS like them are all generic. Even in the underground people are trying like these guys. They all talk about commercialized topics. Even my friends who list to "rap" say stuff like Public Enemy and Binary Star sucks. I mean not just rap every other genre sucks now, they all talk about the same commercialized topics. I just want to hear others opinions, oh and yeah if you guys can suggest some good alternative hip hop or non commercial rappers. I mostly listen to punk but i love hip hop and I'm trying to rediscover some intelligent rappers.
