My dog is doing her business on the carpet! how do I make her stop?

I just recently moved to this apartment that had cats that did their "business" on the carpet. The night before I was moving into my new apartment she went #1 on my rug in my living room. She never did this before even as a puppy. I do take her for walks everyday when I come home from work. We do walk close to about 1 mile. I then move into my cat filth apartment after the rugs were shampooed. About a week later I found #1 and #2 on the rug! as I said everyday rain snowing etc I make sure she gets walked no matter what except if she's sick you know what I mean. I did clean it up and sprayed the stain and the entire living room with Natures Miracle. Then the same night I was watching TV in my room, she did #1 in the living room!! I did the same thing again only this time spray a lot of it on the carpet and did rent a carpet shampooer. So I'm Having Hair Issues... Please help! What should I do?

I straighten my hair all the time which is why it is damaged. Now, I want to stop straightening it but it gets really frizzy when it dries after washing. What should I do. I've tried olive oil, I've tried Mixed Chicks Leave in Conditioner, and I've tried a combination of both. My hair looks great when it's wet but frizzes when it dries. Can someone offer advice or recommend some products that are under $30. I am African American and have 3b/3c hair if that helps. If they can give you some supporting information that the flooring was damaged when water got beneath the vinyl your insurance company will probably change their mind. When you get out of the shower, put some kind of leave in conditioner, or detangler in, and brush all your hair straight back. Make sure you don't part your hair. Then put a curl gel, or some type of moose on your hand, and run it through your hair (if you use moose, don't use a lot, or you will get that scrunched look. Your going to look stupid, but put a bunch of thick braids throughout your hair, don't just put one big one in, I'd have probably around 4-5 braids (don't make them thin braids, you want thick ones). Then either sleep in them, or just leave them in long enough to dry (although it looks better if you sleep with them in). Then slowly unbraid it after it dries, but don't run your fingers through it or it will make them frizzy. Then just part your hair in the middle. Fix it up with a little hairspray and gel. (:

I trained my nephew to not wet the bed by constantly waking him up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I told him beforehand I was going to do this and that it was to get him to get into the habit of waking up if he had to pee. So I did this every night for about a month until he started getting up on his own to pee. Sure, it was an inconvenience for me in the short term, but not having to deal with those wet sheets and giving him confidence to do it on his own and get rid of his embarrassment in the long run was worth it.

5 year old pees on himself on purpose and throws tantrums. I'm so frustrated?

My son is 5 years old. He has been potty trained for almost 2 years. About 3 months ago he wet the bed. I felt horrible for him, told him it would be okay, changed him and sent him back to bed. Well, he has wet the bed about 90% of the time since then but, only at bedtime. Plus he never wets the bed at the sitters, my brothers, his mothers... anywhere but at home. He goes to the restroom before bed. Most times he only urinates a tiny bit in his pants but, it's enough for him to tell me "daddy, I peed my pants". The first month or so I was very compassionate and understanding. The next month I didn't say a word to him when it happened, just changed him and sent him back to bed. Recently I have started making him stand in the corner for a few minutes and then change him. I make him help me clean the mess almost every time. I've tried positive reinforcement, encouragement, silence, punishment... everything I can think of but, he continues to wet the bed. Everything I'm reading online says that very rarely will a child wet himself on purpose but, I'm 99% confident that this is the case. I don't know if he's trying to get attention, if he's trying to test me, if he sees it as an excuse to not go to sleep... I just don't know. Most times it seems like a game to him... he'll have a smile on his face when he tells me he wet himself. I've even went to the extent of threatening to put him back in a diaper at bedtime. People think I'm racist..?

I was hanging out with some girls I work with at a local grocery store and we were making jokes about each other. My jokes were about the extremely fair shade of my skin, my somewhat red hair and my glasses. The other girls were teased about everything from their hair texture to their weight. It has started to rain so we were joking around with the black girl in the group about how she couldn't get her hair wet. She laughed along with us saying she needed to "get her hair did" and we continued on. We joked again the next day about similar topics and everything seemed fine. However, it turns out that she had told a coworker that I was being racist and had offended her with no regard to her feelings. I understand that some things said may be perceived as racist, but the problem here is that she did not tell any one of us who were making the jokes. Instead, she involved someone who was not there and did not know what happened besides what they were told(and, on top of that, this girl was messier that most freshmen I know). The next day, I got called into the boss' office and even though, I did not get in trouble because he understood my point, I'm being harassed by my coworkers. One of the guys in the meat department(who is black) that I used to talk to and get along with really well now hates me. I'm also concerned about what this girl and the other cashier she involved is telling people. For all I know, they could be portraying me as a KKK member. I don't think that reporting them to the boss would do any help because there's at least five people and it seems like they're using this number of people to out number me and the people who will stick up for me as a way to bully me into quitting. I don't understand how this situation got this way and I need advice on how to deal with it because it doesn't seem like ignoring it will help :/

The guy I'm living with (we're bf/gf without a title) recently acquired a new roommate "George", and his girlfriend "Jane" (she's been staying the night quite a bit over the last month but just recently starting moving in over the last couple weeks). neither of them are on the lease nor have they filed occupancy applications. George has had trouble finding a job, but Jane has one. neither have been asked to pay rent until George gets a job. but he has been slacking and taking advantage of living rent free. But that's not the concern, they are complete slobs and have been asked repetitively to clean up the dishes they use (which are mine) and even had to go as far as setting a time frame on when it needed to be done (nothing sits out or left in the sink over night is what they've been asked to maintain) That has yet to be honored and I'm the one that ends up doing it all the next day after work. I've told them time and again that I don't like filth or bugs/rodents that are attracted to filthy areas. I'm tired of repeating myself and they just need to go. But it might not be that easy, Jane has just found out she's 5 weeks pregnant. Neither have mail coming to the address that I'm aware of and neither have a set of keys. What should I do about my husband's parents who don't bathe or change their clothes EVER?

This is very hard to write, but it is the truth. I am currently visiting the city where my husband grew up in. His parents are elderly, and are not used to going anywhere. They have a huge family, but there is a problem. My in-laws are filthy people. They do not bathe, ever, and do not even use the air conditioning in their house. They live in complete squalor & filth. There are roaches everywhere in the house, even crawling over their utensils. I was horrified the first time I went. My husband has tried to get them to bathe, but they refuse. They have never liked bathing, so it isn't because they are old. My husband had a special shower stall built for them in their home, so they wouldn't have to climb over a tub. They won't use it. I am very concerned, because they both have foot fungus, and my husband brought me over to our apartment to stay for the weekend. They didn't even bring clothes to change into, nor any toothbrushes. The smell horrible. How can we get them to start having better personal Hygiene? How am I going to clean my carpet, and the futon where they slept from bugs? I am pretty sure they have lice, and carry bed bugs on them. It is a nightmare! The man even had a "sack" of eggs growing under his scrotum one time. His wife poked the sack, and the little bugs came out. True story we heard from his brother. None of my husband's family will do anything. I wasn't crazy about bringing them over. Hello, I am 17 years old and this anger has been building inside of me for years. I am seething mad at my abusive and neglectful mom, how my childhood has been relatively wasted, and how she could get away with it all. First, PLEASE, NO GUSHY SYMPATHY, just advice. I don't like that kind of attention, and the details are just examples of where my anger is coming from. I was mostly isolated as a little kid, not allowed to do sports or afterschool things, and not allowed to have friends over (because of the messy house). Now, I must pay for college all on my own, since my father has told me he has no money left) because she got tied up in credit that put our house at stake for forclosure. When she feels like it, she will pick out something stupid and insignificant about me (like my hair, my clothes, my shoes, the way I talk on the phone, the way I walk across the room), or simply make something up. A common occurance: She will walk in the room, I will say hello to her, and she will walk by without a word and sit down. Then, she will lay into me about how I never greet her when she walks in! When I am sick, or in distress, she mocks me. Once, when I was 15, she demanded that I accompany her on a 3 or 4 day long kayak trip as her shore crew, and that I would have to hitch-hike car rides with strange men to get to each checkpoint. Ironically, mom loathes me because I didn't drop my extracurriculars to work for her business (she can't afford employees), and rails at my father to make me drop things. Hi, so I slipped on a wet floor and was told I sprained my PCL at the ER. This was 4 days ago. I've been following the regimen of keeping it wrapped and using crutches to take some strain off it as well as taking ibuprofen as well as another prescription pain med. Attached Mother how do I stop it?

My boyfriends mother won't allow her kids to grow up. She took them all out of school in the 5th grade and homeschooled them for a week and then stopped. He just did the same things over and over again for 2days straight and then finally started doing stuff and acting normal. The only time this kid gets out is when ever he can get his son away from his mother, or when I can, or if she takes him to the stor. (Thats all he really has done in 2 years.) They only buy crappy food and live in FILTH! There is mold in the kitchen, bugs in the fridge, trash everywhere, and no air conditioner! I made my boyfriend buy me my own kitchen in our room so I do not have to eat in the bugs. She texts him 24/7 even if he is just in the other room and he will only answer in one words trying to just get her to leave him alone for a minute and she wont stop or will start talking about how much he hates her... Now she wants to get his son every weekend (to let him eat candy every morning- he has all 5 front teeth pulled out because they where complelty rotten) and I just do not understand the FILTH they can live in (my boyfriend hates it and so does my son) and how she can be so attached. Well a lot of these album s are so old that if a rock opera of it was made now, it wouldn't be relevant. I find it interesting that you actually made a very diverse and interesting mix. Hi, so I slipped on a wet floor and was told I sprained my PCL at the ER. This was 4 days ago. I've been following the regimen of keeping it wrapped and using crutches to take some strain off it as well as taking ibuprofen as well as another prescription pain med. Blisters after cutting grass?

Every time I cut a lot of grass, maybe when the grass has gotten taller than I would normally let it, I break out in blisters wherever the grass "splatter" has contacted my skin. But not immediately, it always takes about 2 days for them to form, they start off as just red marks, not raised or itchy or painful, just red marks, then they turn to blisters. Not huge blisters, but blisters none the less. They are filled with a clear liquid and are very easy to burst, they're not painful or particularly itchy and they go away after a few days. This definitely has something to do with the wet grass that splatters onto my skin from the strimmer as this is the only time this happens. If I burst one of these blisters, I can almost watch it refill! Takes maybe less than an hour to reform and be just how it was before I burst it! Bursting them does not appear to cause them to spread. Anyone else experience anything similar? Any ideas what it is?

What would kill our chickens?

We have found 3 dead chickens this morning. All in front of the door when we opened up the chicken house all with wet necks. Fourth one in 3 weeks. Ipod nano 5th generation problem...?

Ok. I'm on vacation and i slipped and fell in a bit of water while my Ipod was in my pocket. It got a little wet and it was basically out before i got it wet. i pressed the menu button and the little Apple screen showed up, so i was pretty relieved. Then i took it home and charged it up and i took it out and it is now stuck on lock. The button works, i'm able to flip it on and off but that doesn't change anything, there is still the little ipod lock in the corner. I tried to reset it, that didn't work because it is LOCKED. I tried to restore, that didn't do anything either. I was told to let it dry out because it got wet...but it happened yesterday and no change. But it might not be that easy, Jane has just found out she's 5 weeks pregnant. Neither have mail coming to the address that I'm aware of and neither have a set of keys. How do we go about asking them to leave/ move out without creating animosity or a big legal battle? Also what is a fair time frame to give them to leave since only Jane has a job and pregnant?

I live in a bad neighborhood. Horrible actually I complained about the harassing teen boys and girls. The partying in my hallway till 4 am everyday the disgusting filth they leave all over my steps. After asking them not to sit on my car. They've been giving me HELL leaving fast food containers and other things on it . These apartments are subsidized so its hard for me to move being a college student with a child.
